Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method, excluding postage costs.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: 

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• A 20% restock fee applies to all change of mind returns

We know it's hard to purchase online as you cannot touch and feel the product. Purchased a gift that’s not quite right? That's okay!

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 24 - 48 hours of receiving), your refund will be processed minus original shipping charges.
