Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We do our absolute best to process orders as quickly as possible!

During high volume periods such as Christmas, please note that courier delays are unfortunately out of our control and we will notify you of any delays. Contact us anytime to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post if your order is unusually late.

In Person Pickup

If you are local to Blue Mountains, NSW - feel free to opt for the pick up option. We'll notify you once your order is ready and organise a time for you to come and grab your goodies! All pickups are from 3 Napier St, Leura 2780.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tipsycreations.com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
